How it works
DarkPools is a private desk for trading USDT inside a closed club. Ads, deals, and mutual debt — among trusted members, off the public book.
01 A closed desk
This isn't an exchange or a storefront. It's a members-only club, entered by single-use invite. Inside, members trade USDT for euro: quietly, directly, on their own terms.
02 Ads and deals
You publish an ad — rate, size, payment method. Another member takes it, and a deal opens with a private chat: messages, requisites, payment receipts. Each leg is recorded before it closes.
03 The mutual-debt ledger
Every deal lands in a shared ledger (USDT/EUR). The system computes your net position with each counterparty — who owes whom, and how much — so you settle net, not trade by trade.
04 Telegram confirmation
Identity is bound to Telegram. Registration and sign-in are confirmed by the bot in one tap — no email, no identity-recovery passwords. An account can't be forged or bought out.
05 DarkPools Pro
A paid analytics layer on top of the ledger: turnover, cashflow, realized P&L, and margin. Profit is computed honestly — against your signed cost basis, in Decimal, minus the fees on both legs. Your cost basis stays private and never enters the club's figures.
The debt ledger is for everyone. Cost-basis profit is for you alone.
