Terms
There's no fine print here. There's a word written into the book — and it isn't taken back.
01 Entry
Membership is by invitation only. An invite is single-use and bound to the member who issued it. Passing access to a third party voids both seats — yours and the one who opened the door.
02 The ledger
Deals and mutual debts are kept in a shared ledger (USDT/EUR). A confirmed entry is an obligation. The book doesn't know the words "changed my mind."
03 Settlement
Profit is computed against your signed cost basis: exactly, in Decimal, proportional to fill, minus the fees on both legs. Numbers aren't rounded in anyone's favour — not yours, not against you.
04 Silence
What happens in the club stays in the club. Disclosing members, volumes, or methods is grounds for expulsion — with no explanation and no return.
05 Expulsion
An unpaid debt, a forged invite, or a leak — and the seat closes. Quietly. The club doesn't justify itself, and it doesn't negotiate.
